Barely one month after a video was published by Daily Nigerian showing Abdullahi Ganduje, Governor of Kaduna State, receiving kickbacks from a yet-to-be-identified contractor, another video has surfaced on social media, showing the Governor in a similar position.
While appearing before a panel constituted by the Kano House of Assembly, Jaafar Jaafar, Publisher of Daily Nigerian newspaper, revealed that Abdullahi Ganduje, Governor of Kano State, had been collecting kickbacks from contractors in the state for a long time.
The latest video was shared by @SKSolaKuti on Twitter on Wednesday.
In it, Ganduje is seen engaged in a discussion with someone on contracts relating to infrastructure.
The transcription of the video showed the value of the Deputy Governor's office at N35million, a certain Dandinshe road valued at N200million (although the speaker said N220 million), and Rochas Road at N69 million.
Afterwards, the Governor is seen collecting money in bundles from the 'contractor'.

The latest genocidal hunt down of minority Muslims of the shia classification makes you wonder if Nigeria is earth's window to Hell.
First Let Me Tell You About Our President
Buhari is a coward. Nigeria's president, Muhammadu Buhari is nothing but a coward. Only a coward sends the army to shoot and kill unarmed protesting and rioting youth.
He did it in Zaria in 2015, killing and secretly burying 1000 youth in the middle of the night. He did it in Onitsha in 2016, also burying over 100 youth he killed, secretly in the military cemetery as PremiumTimes reported. And he is doing it again now. He is a sick, psycho coward.
Buhari says if he was not "educated" and employed he would have been a marauding Fulani terrorist.
The Fulani terror herders have declared war on Nigerians too many times but are protected by Nigeria's police.
Buhari pardons Boko Haram terrorists and "reintegrates" them into society. It is no surprise that in 2013 Buhari kicked against the killing of Boko Haram terrorists entreating then president Jonathan to reward rather than kill them.
Our president LOVES radical islamist terrorists.
Buhari through his spokesman have said we better give up our land to Fulani herder terrorists or be buried 6 feet deep. Yes he said it. Watch:
Fulani terrorists are classified the 2nd most deadly terror group on earth. Killing over 1000 Nigerians every year, but Buhari and his weird Tramadolian Transmitting police chief always grant them above-the-law immunity status to keep on killing farmers and other poor unhindered.
In that same country, peacefully protesting shia Muslims are killed for at most throwing stones after the army blocks their RIGHT to proceed in peaceful protest.
Is it not illegal that while Nigeria is not under military dictatorship, police are mere boy scouts and the army has become the primary "law enforcer?" Sick. Barbarism in 2018!
There are no anti-riot police with batons, shields, water cannons and tear gas in Nigeria? Rather the military are sent to kill unarmed protesters, day after day. Unbelievable. This is Nigeria, as Falz sang.
Rather than handcuffs, Nigeria issues bullets. Rather than detention, Buhari prefers secret burial.
Nigeria is the only country where the military announces that "only 3" protesters are killed every time: Zaria massacre - 3, Onitsha massacre- 3, last Friday - 3; Today -3, Tomorrow -3, Next week - 3. Animals.
But even more sadly, Nigeria is the only country in the world where civilians will defend military brutality against stick and stone wielding protesting youth.
Atiku will never condemn the massacre of the innocent shia protesters because it is a radical event sanctioned by the Saudi sponsored Izala-led northern elite, and he wants their vote and Saudi coins from the butchers of Khashoggi. Yes. I said it.
Radical masses celebrate the murder of shia Muslims and wish all 15 million shia can be lined up and killed. And Nigeria is not in short supply of these scum. Brainwashed by "Imams" schooled in fanatic wahhabi Takfiri ideology over years of a $98 billion Saudi global radicalism project now being dismantled by Trump. See: https://ift.tt/2Sw75sC
Interestingly shia Muslims, all 15 million of them have never been reported to have killed any civilian before in 30 years of existence.
In contrast, Izala have killed hundreds, pro Buhari fans have killed 1000, APC has killed, PDP has killed, OPC has killed, MEND has killed. But shia is black painted for their unique, unrivaled peaceful difference. Their insistence on non violence is annoying the ish out of the cowards and their vampires, satanic cult.
Kaduna's governor at the time, Makarfi begged the United States to intervene, accusing Atiku, Gusau and Izala sect of orchestrating fanatic riots in several northern states, Kaduna, Katsina, Benue, Nasarawa etc, riots that claimed 1000s of lives. You see, this is the Buhari club, the Buhari, Atiku club that reign madness and drink the blood of Nigerians. See: https://ift.tt/2zgwuhg
You see, cows rule Nigeria.
But The State Promoted Terror And Violence Is A Purposeful Distraction By The Elite
You will always see government orchestrated terror and violence when elections approach. Nigeria's leaders use violence to confuse and distract the people from the failure of the state. They use it to garner support from radical fanatic elite.
And while this happens, poverty destroys the fabric of society as all the holes in the NNPC Diezani used to steal through have been left open and even expanded.
Baru and Kyari loot twice what Diezani used to loot. In addition to the fuel subsidy, now actually increased, a secret FOREX subsidy has been added with the aid of CBN's crooked Godwin Emefiele to allow double looting. Nigeria is being looted silly like never before!
NNPC Is A Private Company
NNPC is a private company and not federal as it defended itself when refusing to oblige Falana's FOI case for it to open its books. See: https://ift.tt/2Sx40IN
NNPC LIMITED has and spends a budget twice our annual budget with no oversight whatsoever. Can you believe that!!
While the Nigerian masses scrutinize the annual budget, no one watches a larger NNPC budget Baru swallows freely from. he awards billion dollar contracts at will with only select executive cabal witnessing.
Just N1 trillion out of less than 30% total oil revenue in Nigeria's budget is what Buhari shouts his paltry infrastructure development based on. An equal 30% is still looted from oil source by Buhari's friends, the new and old oil cabal.
Nigeria is in heavy debt. Buhari has borrowed billions for petty projects while 10x what he borrows is still being looted from source. It is pathetic. This is why the cabal sponsor the violence, to distract us from this hungry reality!
Atiku will not close the looting, After he spends the $3 billion to win the election, he will loot $10 billion a year as Buhari's men are and refill his pockets.
Buhari's Plan Is To Hand Over To His Brother Atiku
Buhari had a pact with Atiku to hand over to him. Buhari is fulfilling it. Buhari and Atiku are bedroom buddies. The duo and rest elite cabal have decided to keep the youth submerged by ensuring power remains with either one of them and the same crew of looter cabal. We are witnessing no election, just a retention of power with the same crew.
And we will never unite to revolt.
When the south, MEND fought, we denounced them mumuishly.
When the east, IPOB fought, we denounced them mumuishly.
When the people of Benue rose up, we turned away.
When the people of Jos rose up, we were on Facebook.
When the north, Shia fought,we denounced them mumuishly.
And so, every time we have a chance to have our revolution, we use ethnicity and sectarianism to denounce the brave and remain colonized slaves. Unna well done. Army and police will never kill a cabal. A terrorist will never kill a cabal. Fulani herders will never kill a cabal. Na unna go dey die dey go.
Nigeria will never recover because rather than join the oppressed and fight the murderous cabal who loot $30 billion every year, PDP in, PDP out, APC in APC out, we kill ourselves and dance when the brave shia who dare to resist and fight bullets with stones are killed.
Divided WE DIE! Mekunu, death is your portion!

Ahead of the 2019 general election, the Progressives Yoruba Youth Congress (PYYC) has vowed to mobilise the South-West against voting for Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The group said voting Atiku and the PDP back to power would have "grave consequences on the South-West geo-political zone".
Kola Salawu, the PYYC National President, addressed reporters in Akure, the Ondo state capital on Tuesday.
Salawu decried that the region, which he said has the second highest number of registered voters, was denied meaningful positions in the political hierarchy during the PDP administration.
He also recalled that at some point, nobody from the South-West occupied any of the top 10 positions in the country while the PDP was in power.
“This forced the South-West, through its major political leaders, to act and they pushed for alliances with other political parties across the country to form the new All Progressives Congress (APC). They mobilised the South-West to vote, which ultimately resulted to victory for the APC at the polls, but let us not forget that the neglect by the PDP was not only political but also infrastructural," he said.
"The PDP, for whatever reasons, barely completed or even carried out any major project in the South-West during its tenure. The Lagos–Ibadan expressway, the busiest in the country, was abandoned; the Benin-Ore expressway was also equally abandoned. Also was the Oyo-Ogbomosho road; there was barely any federal presence in the South-West.
“It is, however, a different ball game under the APC government because politically, the APC has taken care of the interest of the South-West tremendously."

According to Salawu, when the PDP held its national convention in 2017 to pick its new party executives, the party agreed to zone the party chairmanship position to the South-West, but later gave the position to the South-South.
He continued: "Also, after their party presidential primaries where Atiku Abubakar emerged candidate, he picked Mr. Peter Obi from the South East geopolitical zone as running mate. It became obvious again that the party was not repentant and was going to treat the South-West with the same disdain it has always had.
"It was reported in the news media that the PDP has decided to give the position of Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) to the South-West. This must be very laughable and as our people say, 'we cannot compare a man sleeping with a dead man'. That is a perfect description of both offers.
"So, South-West will not only reject the PDP and its candidate, Mr. Atiku Abubakar, it will also campaign and vote for Muhammadu Buhari of the APC. The South West will not go back to oblivion again. All good people of the South West must rise up to protect this ongoing progress and support the one who has brought development to the region.
“We urge all sons and daughters of the South-West of Nigeria to be politically awake and choose wisely in the forthcoming elections. Any decision we make will determine if the region will continue to enjoy the true benefits of good governance or we go back to the days of total neglect."

One year after the Nigerian Senate moved to intervene in the non-payment of tuition fees and living allowances of Nigerians studying abroad on Federal Government scholarship, the scholars are still stranded in various universities across the globe.
According to Ayoola Shoneye, one of the Presidential Special Scholarship Scheme for Innovation and Development (PRESSID) scholars, he and his colleagues are now in huge debt, while many of them have had to drop out of school to find other means of survival.
There seems to be no hope in sight as the Federal Scholarship Board (FSB) gave no assurance of payment, after a meeting with a director of the scholarship board.
Chinedu Ugwu, another scholar who was recently in a meeting with the director, told SaharaReporters that he was told funds had not been released for their programmes.
PRESSID was an initiative of former President Goodluck Jonathan to train some of the best brains in Nigeria in different development sectors, so that they can be better equipped to foster innovations across these sectors.
However, trouble began in 2016 when the Federal Government failed to pay both tuition and living stipends of the scholars.
“The problem started when the PMB administration gave a directive that the Federal Scholarship Board (FSB) should manage all Federal Government scholarships,” Shoneye told SaharaReporters.
The students wrote a letter to Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo in August 2017, saying since the beginning of the 2016/17 session, majority of the PRESSID scholars — part-sponsored by TETFund — had not received payment for their tuition fees and living allowances.
In the letter, signed by Oluwadamilola Oluwole, they said: “All our efforts to reach officials at the National Universities Commission (NUC) who have been our primary point of contact and scholarship administrators have been futile, as they have stopped replying our emails. Our various academic institutions have also reached out to them, all to no avail."
Also, prior to their letter to the Vice-President, the students had written to President Muhammadu Buhari; Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Senior Special Adviser to the President on Diaspora and Youth Affairs; and Adamu Adamu, the Minister of Education, but got no definite solution.
A flicker of light was, however, flashed on their predicament in November 2017 when Senate President Bukola Saraki held a meeting with representatives of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) responsible for the welfare of Nigerians.
The Senate President directed FSB to immediately compile the list of all Nigerians on scholarships across the 25 best universities in the world with their due entitlements, so that the Senate could make appropriations for their payment.
It has been a year since this directive was given and though there was provision for the payment in the 2018 budget, FSB has continuously informed the scholars that funds have not been made available for them, Shoneye told SaharaRepoters.
“FSB included our outstanding and present living expenses in the 2018 Federal budget," he said. "However, nothing is forthcoming and we are afraid as the election period draws near. At present, some of us do odd jobs to get bills paid and survive at least.”
Shoneye lamented that some of his colleagues have been resorting to menial labour to keep themselves in school, while some have been grounded in Nigeria, unable to proceed with the PhD programmes.
All attempts to reach Lateef Olagunju, the acting director of the scholarship board were unsuccessful; calls and text messages sent to his phone number went unanswered.

Justice Maureen Onyetenu sitting at the Federal High Court in Osogbo, the Osun State capital, has adjourned a law suit seeking the impeachment of President Muhammad Buhari till November 26.
The suit, filed on June 19, accused the president of various leadership gaffes. It also accused the National Assembly of "closing their eyes to the president's gross misconduct".
The suit, filed as an ex parte motion, urged the court to mandate the National Assembly to impeach the president.
In the motion, the applicants accused Buhari of violating the 1999 Constitution by contesting for election, winning and being sworn in as the president on May 29, 2015 without possessing the basic constitutional requirements, which would have qualified him to contest for the election.
The motion read: “In the light of the 4th Respondent’s placement to continue in the office as the president, he has no certificate and basic requirements upon which this placement to continue in the office can be placed.
“The 4th Respondent on the 29th day of May 2015, took an oath of office, among others, to the effect that, he would rule in accordance to and protect the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, particularly section 14 (2) (b) which stipulates that the security and welfare of the people shall be the primary purpose of government. In the contrary, the 4th Respondent has proved to be unable to guarantee the security of lives and property of the citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in fulfilment of his oath of Office.
“The herdsmen killings of innocent citizens under the 4th Respondent have been uncountable, unbearable and unprecedented overheating figures in the globe. The 4th Respondent, in contravention of the due process and sections 80 and 81 of the 1999 Constitution, spent about $496 million on the purchase of Tucano Jets without the approval of the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as required by the law.
“The 4th Respondent ordered to be withdrawing money from the public fund of the Federation without the approval of the National Assembly or the authorisation of its act and same used for the purchase of Tucano jets. The 4th Respondent has committed several impeachable offences, that is, gross misconduct.
“By the provision of section 143 of the 1999 Constitution, the 1st to 3rd Respondents (The Senate President, the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly) have the statutory duty to impeach the 4th Respondent as the president and Commander-in- Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on gross misconduct.
“The 1st (Senate President) and 3rd (Speaker) Respondents have closed their eyes to the gross misconduct of the 4th Respondent.”
The applicants, however, said they have the right to mandate the 1st and 3rd Respondents to perform their statutory duty of impeachment against the 4th Respondent.
They cited several constitutional authorities in the written address in support of the motion with a 44-paragraph affidavit.
It read: “Can the conduct of the 4th Respondent, particularly on the presentation of a forged certificate, be condoned in America or Great Britain unchecked? Can the 4th Respondent continue to benefit from his act of forgery and infraction of Constitution?
“Definitely, an American president cannot be genuinely accused of presentation of a forged certificate and still be allowed to continue as the president, likewise the Prime Minister of the Great Britain."

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) are at loggerheads over the candidates expected to contest on the platform of the PDP in the 2019 election.
In a letter sent to Uche Secondus, PDP National Chairman, INEC said it would only recognise candidates of the Buruji Kashamu-led faction. However, a statement by PDP National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologboniyan, emphasised that the faction is not recognised by the party.
In the letter dated October 25, the commission said the decision was based on a court verdict which recognised the Ogun State PDP leadership led by Adebayo Dayo, a loyalist of Kashamu, who had been expelled from the party.
PDP had expelled Kashamu and some party members on the allegation that they were working with the opposition. Following Kashamu’s expulsion, the party dissolved the leadership of the Dayo-led faction.
Kashamu went to the Federal High Court in Abeokuta to challenge the party's decision and secured a ruling in his favour.
The electoral commission said the Federal High Court had ordered it to recognise the Dayo-led state executive committee of the PDP in Ogun State and received the list of candidates for the 2019 governorship, National Assembly and state House of Assembly elections from the said committee.
INEC stated that except there is another order setting aside the ruling of the court, the commission will accept the candidates of the Dayo-led faction.
However, the PDP National Publicity Secretary countered INEC's position, insisting that the commission cannot prioritise the list from the state chapter of the party.
He said: “According to our statutes and all the laws governing elections in Nigeria, INEC cannot take a list from a state chapter of the party. INEC takes list from the national headquarters of the party. So if it claimed that it had gone to take any list from anywhere, it is unknown to us and it is unknown to the rule guiding elections in Nigeria.
“They acknowledged all the names that we submitted to them. So, it is totally strange, unknown to the rules and unknown to the PDP that INEC is claiming that it has another list. We are not aware.”
